Donald Segal, Ph.D.
CEO
In addition to his role as director and executive vice president of Helix BioPharma Corp. Dr. Segal is the CEO of Rivex. Dr. Segal has founded and managed two successful life science companies, which he subsequently sold. These companies manufactured human diagnostic test kits for both the domestic and international markets. Dr. Segal has served on the Biotechnology Panel for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada as one of the representatives from the business sector involved in the research granting system.

William Chick, B.Sc.
President
Mr. Chick gained extensive sales and marketing experience with Bausch and Lomb and Allergan, prior to joining the Company in 1997. He is responsible for sales, marketing and operations at Rivex Pharma Inc.


Frank Michalargias, B.Com. BA. CA.
CFO
Mr. Michalargias has over 15 years of senior management and operations experience in both public and private industry and is experienced in transition and growth management, strategic planning and the raising of debt and equity financing. Prior to his appointment at Helix BioPharma, Mr. Michalargias served as CFO of AP Plasman Corporation, a tier one North American automotive parts supplier controlled by Schroder Ventures. Mr. Michalargias' previous tenures include senior financial roles with CFM Corporation, Trailmobile, Multy Industries, Huhtamaki Oyj and Unilever.
